You will reap the benefits of massage if it becomes a regular part of your life. Our goal is for us to work together to take better care of your health, long-term.
Communication is key. We need to know what you're feeling, experiencing and what you're looking to gain in order to best help you. In turn, we will explain the treatment and what you can expect to gain from it.
Massage is a tool to help heal. Whether it's stress, illness or simply to pamper yourself, the benefits of massage can be life changing. We would be honoured to take that journey with you.
I qualified at Norwich City College in Sport and Swedish Massage during my year long course in Sports Therapy back in 2006. Since then I have qualified in additional treatments and I've also had a little girl in 2020.
This always sounds cheesy but essentially I LIKE and WANT to help people feel better! I enjoy giving an experience that allows you to feel complete relaxation and flexibility at the end of every treatment.
I qualified in Pregnancy Massage in 2015 allowing mums to be some time to rest up and be pampered easing some of those aches and pains felt during pregnancy.
2021 has seen me gain the Oncology Massage qualification allowing me to treat clients who are undergoing treatment. Being able to see and treat you during such a difficult time means so much. I have first hand experience of seeing people close to me go through treatment and to be able to offer that little bit of relief is so important.
In 2018 I went to London for a 2 day course in Medical Acupuncture (Dry Needling). This enables me to take further action in treating those pesky knots! I also use it to help with sciatica and migraine relief.
I have worked inside a gym environment for 4 and a half years and have seen a wide range of clients. I now solely work from home - I have a treatment room set up within a cosy shepherds hut in my back garden. I live in Tharston near Long Stratton (just off the A140) on a fairly quiet country road with driveway parking.
I hope this gives you a little insight in who will be with you during your treatment and I'm sure over time we will get to know each other more!

I qualified in therapeutic massage in 2011 with Jackie Hamilton School of Therapies. From here, I continued to gain qualifications including deep tissue, Indian head, myofascial release, pregnancy massage and more.
I have worked in salons over the years around my day job as an exercise specialist. However since having my second son in 2022, I have decided to focus on massage therapy to provide flexible work arrangements around my family.
I find the human body amazing; it does and copes with so much! Equally, I find the results that massage can offer fasinating. Whether its to combat stress related tension, improve poor posture, reduce injury, improve mental health or provide much needed relaxation/pampering, massage has so many benefits.
I have a treatment room at home where we can discuss how massage can benefit you and over time get to know each other more. My aim is for all clients to leave their appointment with reduced tension and a greater sense of relaxation. Hopefully this has given you an insight to what you can expect during your treatment and you will see I am a friendly therapist with a good sense of humour.
I look forward to meeting you.
I qualified in full body massage in summer 2024 and I am currently doing my sports massage certificate. I became a mum in 2021 and when I went back to work I had a drive to try something new so I decided to branch out. I am a sociable person and take delight in getting to know people and have always had an interest in how the body works; therefore massage seemed the best way forward!
I am so glad I followed my instincts as I have really enjoyed gaining my massage qualification and I am excited to learn more techniques and qualifications to further gain skills to help people. I will be offering mobile massage treatments (subject to your location) until I find an appropriate base to work from and also from my home in Forncett St Peter.
*Laura's treatments will reduced by £5 while she gains more experience. She will also be offering a further £5 off for your first treatment - saving you £10!
